Dadipark

Nautic Jet Ride

Dadipark was originally built for children of pilgrims visiting Basilica, and in 1980 the school equipment that was there was replaced with amusement rides, and shortly after the park became open for everyone; and it became a fast success, having millions of visitors during its peak year.
The park was also famous for having the largest monkey bridge in Europe, boasting of 800 meters. The park enjoyed a good ten years before things began to decline. Many rides became rundown and hazardous, and it was in 2000 that a young boy lost his arm on the Nuatic Jet ride.
Two years later the park announced it was closing for renovations, these renovations never took place and the park was left abandoned. The park quickly gained attraction from urban explorers, coming to see the ruins left behind. Some of the large rides were demolished but many buildings and rides remained on site.
